• Generate misleading, harmful, or rights-infringing content.
• Distribute malware, spam, or content harmful to others.

4. Intellectual Property

The OpenPathAI name, logo, and brand identity are protected. Code and model weights follow their respective licenses listed on each model card on Hugging Face.

5. Limitation of Liability

Models and services are provided “as is” without any warranty. OpenPathAI is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the models.
